Refund & Return Policy

Subscription Refunds IPTV Denmark provides Digital subscription services. Refunds can only be considered in these conditions:

  • Issues that require technical expertise and cannot be solved in a reasonable amount of time
  • Payments that are duplicated

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • The change of mind occurs after the registration activation
  • Inability to access service caused by devices not supported or issues with internet connectivity
  • Intermittent service interruptions for a period of time outside our ability to predict.

Refund Procedure: To request a refund, you must contact customer support and provide the information about your subscription. Requesting a refund will be at the discretion of IPTV Denmark.
